AZSCA Clubhouse Afternoon – Sunday, 13 July 2025
Dim sums – meet and eat.
Zhongshan is renown for its wonderful food and cuisine. We invite members to share their favourite dim sum dish at our July club meet.
Bring your favourite dim sum and tell us something about it. Or bring the ingredients and show us how you make them.
Dumplings, baos, pastries, desserts?
Register your interest to Raymond who will balance the entries and organise any equipment required.
We are seeking about 6 presenters – 6 dishes.
Come along and be the audience. You get to mix and mingle with fellow members, sample delectable dim sums, be part of the judging panel. Meet and eat, perfect afternoon.
Proposed programme
• 2 pm onwards, meet, mix and mingle
• 2:30 pm Presentation of dim sum plates or cooking demonstration by members.
• Followed by sampling and fun competition to reward the keen entrants.
• General chit chat and meeting with fellow Association members.

Cost
This clubhouse meeting is free for paid up AZSCA members.

我們正在尋找約 6 位點心師傅( 6 點心)。
快來成為觀眾吧！您可以與其他會員交流互動，品嚐美味的點心，並成為評審團的一員。見面品嚐，享受美好的下午時光。
活動安排
• 下午 2 點起，見面交流
• 下午 2:30，會員展示點心或烹飪示範。
• 隨後將進行品嚐和趣味競賽，以獎勵積極參賽者。
• 與其他會員進行交流。
