屋崙中山同鄉會的創始會員來自比較貧窮和沒有受過教育的家庭。當他們來到紐西蘭時遇到很多的困難,為了生存,他們別無選擇地做著各種各樣的工作。許多人做得很成功,這些人鼓勵他們的子女努力工作并充分利用老一輩移民所提供良好的環境讀多些書。作為同鄉會,我們鼓勵下一代好好讀書,讓他們可以通過讀好書逐步走向成功的事業。 作為對年輕會員獲得專業資格的認可,同鄉會今年第一次以現金形式獎勵成功獲得以下三種不同等級證書的年輕會員: 通過NCEA 3級證書,成績優異,獎勵$ 100獲得至少3年以上的專業證書,獎勵$ 250大學畢業并獲得公認的大學學位,獎勵$ 250 要獲得上述獎項,申請者必須符合以下條件: 必須是屋崙中山同鄉會會員必須在2016年2月至2017年之間獲得證書必須提交他們的學術成果,例如正式的NCEA證書,成績單,商科證書,學位證書等一些相關文件證明。 我們將在2017年5月週年晚宴上公布結果。上述獎項的申請必須在2017年2月28日前電郵到info@zhongshan.nz或azsca888@gmail.com。如果符合條件,獎勵會在每個類別中隨機抽出,直到達到同鄉會設定的預算金額為止。
