AZSCA Clubhouse Afternoon Get-together
The theme for our August clubhouse meeting is ZHONGSHAN.
And we’re trialing a SATURDAY meet
Saturday, 24 August 2024, from 2 pm, at our Clubrooms, 30 Glenmall Pl, Glen Eden.
The Ho family are back, fresh from their July pilgrimage to Zhongshan and their village. Peter Lee and Raewyn Ho have kindly offered to present and share their experience with our club members.
Programme:
• 2 pm onwards, meet, mix and mingle
• 2:30 pm Presentation by Peter Lee and Raewyn Ho covering their recent Zhongshan visit
• 3:15 pm James Wong will present plans for our Association’s March 2025 Zhongshan / China Tour. The last AZSCA trip in 2019 was quickly booked out and enjoyed by all. Covid curtailed subsequent tours so we expect our 2025 trip to be filled quickly.
• 3:45 pm Three Flavors of Good Food, organized by Low Hon Chong and his wife Fang. Sample 3 traditional Zhongshan dishes. Braised Spare Ribs, Barbecued Pork and Braised Chicken,
• Mix and mingle, Karaoke and mahjong
Drinks and snacks provided
Come and socialise with kindred AZSCA members.
Cost: free for members, due to space limitations, this is a members only event.

We are working on a possible summer meeting, pig roasted in a traditional outdoor oven.

AZSCA 俱樂部下午聚會
八月份俱樂部聚會的主題是中山。我們將試行在星期六舉行聚會。
時間：2024年8月24日星期六下午2點起
地點：我們的俱樂部會所，Glen Eden, 30 Glenmall Pl
Ho 家族剛從七月的中山朝聖回來。他們將與俱樂部成員分享他們的經歷。Peter Lee 和 Raewyn Ho 將進行介紹。
節目安排
– **下午2點起**：相識、交流
– **下午2:30**：Peter Lee 和 Raewyn Ho 介紹他們的中山之行
– **下午3:15**：James Wong 介紹我們協會2025年3月的中山/中國之旅計劃。2019年的AZSCA旅行很快被預訂一空，並受到了所有人的喜愛。因為疫情，後續旅行被中斷，我們預計2025年的旅行也會很快被預定滿。
– **下午3:45**：由Low Hon Chong和他的妻子Fang組織的三道傳統中山美食。包括紅燒排骨、叉燒和紅燒雞。
– 隨後：交流、卡拉OK和麻將
提供飲料和小吃，歡迎與AZSCA成員們一起社交。
**費用**：會員免費。由於空間限制，這是一個僅限會員參加的活動。
